My background in ballet initially connected me to this world of expression through connection with my body. In my training, I learned how to strengthen mobility and build muscle while staying fluid and preventing injury.
Working out doesn't have to all look the same, I believe in finding ways your body loves to move and doing them as often as you can.
For me that's form and eccentric-based workouts with a strong focus on having a good time.
